Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Philadelphia County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a busy housing site. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks On the job you will handle: • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
