Join our team: powder coater (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Lincoln County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day-to-day duties: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
