Urgent requirement: semi-automatic welder (Rivers State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Ogu Bolo, Rivers State. You will work on a structural steel site. Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
