Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Otoe County, Nebraska. The job is at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
