Kitchen steward wanted in Shomolu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Shomolu, Lagos State. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
