Day to day you will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
