Urgent requirement: incoming goods inspector (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Brewster County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Performance bonus on top of base pay.
