Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Borough of Torbay, England. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer £2,800 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
