Steward wanted in Isi-Uzo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Isi-Uzo, Enugu State. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts.
