What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Your main tasks: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits Pay around $9,000 per project, based on your experience.
