Membrane applicator — City of Fairfax

We are recruiting: we are hiring a membrane applicator in City of Fairfax, Virginia. The role involves apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Six days a week, one day off.
