Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Howard County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise The role involves keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects.
