Production line inspector • Otsego County, Michigan

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line inspector in Otsego County, Michigan. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems On the job you will handle: • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans Full-time with occasional weekends.
