Requirements: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Neat, well-groomed appearance On the job you will handle: • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Negotiate prices and close the deal • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
