Requirements: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools The role involves: • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders 1+ years on the tools preferred.
