Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Monmouth County, New Jersey. On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 1+ years on the tools preferred.
