Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Chautauqua County, New York. The job is on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
