Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Telfair County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Full-time, day shift.
