Immediate opening: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Monroe County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier Ideal candidate: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Punctual with reliable attendance Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
