Mosaic tiler — Daviess County

Join our team: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Daviess County, Missouri. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. On a typical shift you will check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even. Ideal candidate: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
