Ideal candidate: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Punctual with reliable attendance • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Day to day you will pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts.
