Join our team: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Adair County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy body shop. Day to day you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
