Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Pratt County, Kansas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
