Gas pipeline fitter — Kent County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Kent County, Delaware. On the job you will handle: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation You should have: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations We offer $180 per day plus benefits.
