Catering cook — Pittsylvania County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Full-time, day shift.
