We are recruiting: safety inspector (Scotland)

Now hiring: we are hiring a safety inspector in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. The job is at a busy construction site. Day to day you will conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 2+ years on the tools preferred.
