Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Union County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits Your main tasks: • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Six days a week, one day off.
