Kitchen cook wanted in Telford and Wrekin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Telford and Wrekin, England. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
