Vacancy available: we are hiring a fettler in Maries County, Missouri. Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings The role involves: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle 4+ years on the tools preferred.
