Trowel-trade bricklayer • Cumberland County, New Jersey

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Cumberland County, New Jersey. You will be based on a busy housing site. You will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod. You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
