Now hiring: we are hiring a café server in Lee County, North Carolina. You will be based at a beach resort. Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
