Join our team: we are hiring a JCB operator in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a landfill site. Day to day you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
