Urgent requirement: site carpenter (Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a site carpenter in Southampton County, Virginia. The role involves: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
