Brick and block layer wanted in St. Francis County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick and block layer in St. Francis County, Arkansas. The job is on a new-build development. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Day to day you will checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb. Rotating shifts. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
