GMAW welder wanted in Throckmorton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Throckmorton County, Texas. On a typical shift you will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
