Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Casey County, Kentucky. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. You will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
