Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Laclede County, Missouri. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Six days a week, one day off.
