The role involves wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub.
