Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium installer in Castro County, Texas. You will work at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Day to day you will check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
