We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Edwards County, Illinois. You will work in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
