Now hiring: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Los Alamos County, New Mexico. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters On a typical shift you will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
