Control panel electrician • Calhoun County, South Carolina

Vacancy available: we are hiring a control panel electrician in Calhoun County, South Carolina. You will work in a power distribution substation. The role involves: • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays Requirements: • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
