Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Lafayette County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
