Great opportunity: we are hiring a tyre bay technician in Moultrie County, Illinois. You will work at a busy tyre bay. What we are looking for: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer Day to day you will vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands; rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
