Gas metal arc welder wanted in Summit County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Summit County, Ohio. The job is on a structural steel site. You will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
