Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. The role involves clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Full-time with occasional weekends.
