Immediate opening: bike messenger (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bike messenger in Sharkey County, Mississippi. You will work at a courier and parcel hub. On the job you will handle: • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box You should have: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg Six days a week, one day off.
