Turning centre operator wanted in Shiawassee County

Join our team: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Shiawassee County, Michigan. You will be based in a tool room. You will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Six days a week, one day off.
