Gas installation technician — Portage County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Portage County, Wisconsin. The role involves braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply. Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
