Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Full-time, day shift.
